Professor Ryszard Legutko and Italy's Raffaele Fitto have been named co-chairmen of the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) in the European Parliament on Wednesday.
Legutko, head of the Law and Justice (PiS) delegation to the EP was elected to the post for the second time.
Both Legutko and Fitto, who is a member of the Brothers of Italy, were elected unanimously during a meeting of ECR members in Brussels.
Polish MEP Kosma Zlotowski (PiS) was elected the ECR's treasurer.
